An Alternative Interpretation of Ancient Poem "A Guest from Far Away"

There has been ambiguity in the interpretation of the'Nineteen Ancient Poems'.This also applies to the poem'A Guest from Far Away'.The author attempts to analyze this short poem with a new interpretation by merging the knowledge in traditional rhetorical explanation of classical texts,Western new criticism and psychoanalysis,which represent theories with different standpoints.He also provides a brief explanation to the methodology adopted.As with the methodology,it illustrates the author's thoughts gathered from theory studies.
