当前职业教育面临的问题及对策

当前的职业教育在发展过程中遇到了很多问题。在社会观念方面,一些地方政府对职业教育的认识并未达到应有的高度;一些企业还没有树立科学的用人观念;家长及学生愿意接受普通教育,对职业教育的认可度低。部分职业学校自身的观念落后,管理体制僵化,课程设置不科学,师资队伍匮乏。针对这些问题,各级政府应加大对职业教育的支持力度,教育主管部门及职业学校自身应加大改革力度,共同促进职业教育的可持续发展。
