对我国国产化率概念界定思考

衡量一个国家科技创新能力的重要指标是产品的国产化率。我国国产化率无论在概念的界定上,还是在计算方法上都与发达国家存在不小的差距,这直接导致了我国在专利申请、授权及高科技产品贸易实证方面与国外存在相当大距离。为此,我国国产化率应随着产品的质量保证和技术保证强化它的功能。
