| 摘 要： | 高职院校的人才培养目标和教学模式,要求校园文化中引进先进的企业文化。通过分析高职校园文化建设的现状、存在问题以及校园文化建设中引入先进企业文化的必要性,从而找出校园文化与企业文化对接的结合点,明确两种文化对接的对策。

| Abstract: | The talent cultivating objectives and teaching models in higher vocational colleges require us to bring in enterprise culture to enrich campus culture.The paper discusses the strategies of how to combine the two cultures together by analyzing the present situation and problems in constructing the campus culture and the necessities of introducing enterprise culture. |
