| Abstract: | The traditional teaching approach can not meet the demands of today's college computer basic education any more. This paper holds that we should reform the traditional teaching mode by applying modem educational technology and that we should create a new student-centered and teacher-guiding teaching mode. It also explains the features of the new teaching mode and the ways to carry it out. |
