| 摘 要： | 经济持续健康发展离不开科技进步，而合理的科研机构布局体系是一国或地区科技持续进步的基础和实现自主创新的根本保障。在介绍德国科研机构布局体系的基础上，通过相应分析，提出我国科研机构布局合理化的若干建议和对策。

| Abstract: | Sustainable and healthy economic development must depend on advancement of science and technology. While, reasonable layout of scientific research organization system is not only the basement for the advancement of science and technology, but also the guarantee of the realization of independent innovation. In this article, layout of scientific research organization system in Germany was introduced firstly, and then the authors put forward some advice for the optimization of our scientific research organization layout. |
