| 摘 要： | 如何进行速度耐力研究是我国短跑方面研究的重要课题之一，近年来我国有很多教练员、教师、科研人员为了解决这一问题在进行各方面的研究，本文主要从能量代谢，成绩比较、训练方法和检查指标等方面对速度耐力的问题提出几点看法，供读者参考。
