| 摘 要： | 在推进高等教育大众化进程中，高等职业教育的发展成为主体，然而高职教育中粗放型教学的普遍存在严重影响了教学质量的提高。要改变这种状况，必须树立新型的人才质量观、人才培养观，正确构建高职教学质量机制与保障体系，向集约化教学迈进。

| Abstract: | Developing higher vocational education becomes the subject during the popularization of higher education, but there is stili extensive teaching.In order to change this condition we should set up new tal-ent quality view and training view, construct correctly the teaching quality mechanism and safeguard sys-tem and step towards the intensive teaching. |
