西部民族地区农村经济特征决定了其在构建农村职业教育发展模式时,应从实际出发,因地制宜,以县、乡、村三级行政建制为依托,形成农村职业教育合理的空间结构;根据县域产业结构现状及调整趋势,形成有地方特色的农村职业教育专业结构;根据县域经济发展对人才规格质量的要求,建立和完善农村职业教育层次结构;根据县域体制改革,逐步建立与完善农村职业教育管理结构。
