| 摘 要： | 精神健康目前已成为公共健康领域面临的世界性难题,并对人口健康和社会经济发展产生巨大的影响。本文试图从精神健康的概念、精神健康保健制度中的伦理问题、精神健康的伦理促进三个方面对精神健康问题进行伦理探索,旨在呼吁全社会重视精神健康问题。

| Abstract: | Mental health is a current difficult issue which has crucially impacted on population health and development of the society and economy in the world.The article tries to discuss mental health from ethical perspectives.It can be divided into three subtitles: definition of mental health,ethical issues in mental health care system and how to increase mental health ethically.The purpose of the article is to draw public more attention to mental health in the society. |
