论资源配置失效及政府校正效应

在我国市场经济转轨时期资源配置中,由于市场的不完善,政府的规制不到位,有些地方还存在资源配置效率不高和配置不合理等资源配置失效的现象。既有低效益的重复建设,也有违反资源配置公平的公共产品。应该发挥政府的作用,对资源配置中不合理的状况进行必要和有效的校正,使有形之手与无形之手共同发挥效用。

Study on Failure of Resources Disposition and the Effect of Adjustment of Government

In resources disposition under our country's market economic condition,because the imperfect of market and government's regulations,resources disposition is failure in some places.The low benefit building redundant project and public products violating the equity of resources disposition both exist.In order to chang this situation,government should take measures to adjust the unreasonable condition in resources disposition,make the visible hand and the invisible hand play the role together.
