| 摘 要： | 安乐死伴随着人类社会的发展走过了相同的历史阶段。本文通过对安乐死的回顾及其概念的界定，提出应赋予它道德评价的时代特征及新的价值取向，应重视它在经济学上的意义。安乐死与谋杀罪在构成要件上有着诸多不同之处，在法律上的实施是可行的。

| Abstract: | With the development of the mankind, Euthanasia experienced the same long period. Based on the history and definition of mercy killing, the paper suggest that we should characterize it by new value standard and age features in moral evaluation, and put emphasis on its worth in economics. The practice of mercy killing is feasible as there are many differences in form between euthanasia and murder case. |
