论未成年人合法权益的保障

未成年人在社会中处于弱势地位。一方面，他们从心理上正处于从无知到有知、从不成熟到成熟的转变时期，心理上比较脆弱，更容易受到外界的诱惑和外界的侵犯；另一方面，我们这个社会还是一个以成年人为中心的社会，所制定的法律政策的主要参照物是成人，对未成年人考虑得不够。这两方面原因导致了对未成年人的保护重视不够。本文分析了未成年人问题的成因和保护现状，提出了一些保障未成年人合法权益的途径。

On the Safeguard of Minor''''s Legitimate Rights and Interests

The minors are in a weak position in the society. On the one hand, they are in the changeable period from the ignorance to the civilization in the mentality and they suffer the temptation and infringement easily. On the other hand, our society centers on the adults and the object of reference of law and policy is for adults. The society considers the minors inadequately. The two reasons lead to the importance inadequately for the minors. This paper analyses, the causes about the minor's problems and puts forward the way of the safeguard for minor's legitimate rights and interests.
