摘    要:先进制造技术不仅是一种跨学科的综合性工程技术,更是一种具有自身理论体系的应用科学。先进制造技术实践性、复杂性、综合性、科学性等特征决定.了其人才培养必须抓好以下环节:拓宽专业面,注重通识教育;结合工程实践,加强技术创新和素质教育;开展科学研究和合作办学,提高办学水平。

Abstract:The advanced manufacturing technology is a kind of trans-disciplinary comprehensive engineering technology as well as a kind of applied science which has its own theoretic system.The characteristics of practicability,complexity,comprehensiveness and scientificity of advanced manufacturing technology decide that its talent cultivation must do well in the following steps: expanding specialty scope,and paying attention to generality education;combining with the practice of engineering,and strengthening technological innovation and quality-oriented education;developing scientific research and cooperative school-running,and enhancing school-running level.
