寄予仿真医院外科护理模拟情景教学效果初探

摘    要:目的:探讨仿真医院模拟情景教学法在外科护理中的应用和效果。方法:护理091班随机分为对照组(31名),试验组(31名)。试验组在仿真医院里授以腹部损伤病人外科护理情景模拟教学法,对照组授以传统教学方法,通过问卷调查比较2组学生上课兴趣、岗位体验、综合能力培养效果及理论考试成绩、临床技能考核成绩。结果:情景模拟教学法在提高学生的学习兴趣、临床操作技能、临床综合能力以及理论知识等方面都高于传统教学方法,均P〈0.01。结论:在腹部损伤病人外科护理教学中,利用仿真医院情景模拟教学效果优于传统教学方法教学效果。

Abstract:Objective: To discuss the application effect of scene simulation teaching method in the practice teaching of Abdominal Trauma Patients Surgical Nursing in the Simulation Hospital.Methods: The students in 091nursing classes were randomly separated into the experimental group(31 persons) who were adopted scene simulation teaching method,and the control group(31 persons) who were adopted conventional teaching method.The two groups were investigated with the questionnaire on the interest in learning,the training effect in comprehensive capacities,the theory examination,and the clinical skills assessment.Results: The interest in learning,the training effect in comprehensive capacities,the theory examinations and the clinical skills assessment in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,all P〈0.01.Conclusion: The application effect of the scene simulation teaching method in the teaching of Abdominal Trauma Patients Surgical Nursing in Simulation Hospital was better than that of the conventional teaching method.
