论激励在高校思想政治教育中的作用

本文认为激励是时期高校思想政治教育的一种重要手段。在这一认识基础上作者探讨并设计了高校思想政治教育的激励模式，强调重视并灵活运用政治激励、奖惩激励、榜样激励、情感激励等行之有效的激励方式。同时认为激励也可以最大限度地发挥思想政治教育工作者的积极作用，从而达到思想政治教育的最佳效果。

On the Important Role of the Motivation in Political Ideological Education of Our Colleges and Universities

The article holds that motivation is the most important mode of politital ideological education in our colleges and universities during the new stage. Taking this cognition as a basis, the author creatively works out the mental motivation model of the political ideological education and emphatically proposes using flexibly the ways of politics, reward, example and emotion. Moreover, the author points out that the motivation may also make political teachers play an active role in maximum limit to obtain the optimum effect of this ideological education.
