浅谈"适当利用母语"的外语教学原则

摘    要:外语教学大纲指出"尽量使用外语,适当利用母语."这是外语教学中普遍被认同和采纳的教学原则.提出这个原则是有其历史依据和现实作用的,同时也符合心理学的规律.对于母语,不应摒弃,也不应全盘采用,而应把握有度地加以利用.

Abstract:The syllabus of foreign language teaching has a widely accepted pr in ciple that teachers should try to speak foreign languages and moderately speak m other tongue. This principle has its historical and psychological basis and is o f realistic significance. Foreign language teachers should neither take a totall y negative attitude toward their mother tongue, nor should they give the wholesa le acceptance of it. They should make a moderate use it.
