| 摘 要： | 洪堡特的语言学思想中,“精神力量”是一个重要的、核心的概念。它关系到人的本质的定性、语言性质的把握、语言观的形成、语言与精神活动、语言与民族、个体与整体等一系列重要关系的确定。因此需要首先讨论“精神力量”及相关概念的性质,然后分别讨论它对民族和语言的影响。

| Abstract: | Mental power is an important and kernel concept in Humboldt's general linguistics theories. It plays a key role in determining so many important relations such as human being's characteristics, the characteristic of language, the forming of linguistic view of point, the relation between language and the spiritual activities, language and nationalities, the party and the whole and so on. The essay first discusses in detail the characteristics of mentai power. then disscuses its influence on the nationalities and their languges. |
