| 摘 要： | 介绍了板框过滤板的工艺操作流程，结合过滤机的特点，采用分散控制的思想并用PLC实现板框过滤机的联动控制。该联动控制能实现手动、自动和任意两台板框过滤机联动操作，提高了板框过滤机的自动化程度。实际使用表明，该系统性能稳定可靠，使用简单，维护方便，并可延长板框过滤机的使用寿命，减轻工人劳动强度。

| Abstract: | According to the technologic process of the filter and the characteristics of the filter, interconnected control of the filter has been realized by way of distributed control and the Programmable logical controller(PLC)technology.This system can exert manual control,automatic control or interconnected control over any two filters,which can improve the automation of the filter.Application indicates that the system is characterized by stability and reliability,easy operation,convenient maintenane,long using life and less working strength. |
