燕山大学学府文化建设刍议

学府化作为高校之内涵被纳入到燕山大学综合发展模式中，其所建构的学府化应是生态型学府化。在现有基础上有工科化、理科化、科化三种主要样态，蕴含着科学精神和人精神两种维度，各化既有相对独立性，又极具互补性，其精神指向是：规范、求实、重效、开放、发展。

On the School Culture Building of Yanshan University

As the important connotation of colleges and uni- versities,school culture has been involved in the comprehen- sive developing pattern of Yanshan University.The school cul- ture which Yanshan university will build is an ecotype one. Now it contains three kinds of cultures:the engineering cul- ture,science culture and liberal-art culture,meanwhile it im- plicates two orientations concerning scientific spirit and hum- anities spirit.These three kinds of cultures are independent and supplementary to each other.All their aims are as follows: standardization,being pragmatic,high efficiency,openness and development.
