| 摘 要： | 徽商是明、清时期活跃于全国商界的一支劲旅。徽商活动的宗族特征十分明显,他们利用宗族和乡党势力,扩大资本,垄断市场,立足两淮盐业,实行“月析”制度,建立商业会馆,使这支劲旅活跃商界数百年而不衰。

| Abstract: | Hui Merchants,as a strong contingent in the Ming and Qing Dynasty were very lively in national business circles.The clan feature of Hui Merchants was very obvious in their busiess activities.They made use of the force of clan and country party to enlarge capital,mo -nopolize the market,and establishe commercial guild -halls.They practised the system of"monthly conversion",which gained a firm foothold in the salt trade in the Two Huaihe Riv-er area and enlived in the com mercial world for several centuries. |
