断路器合闸过程触头压力允值的分析计算

根据断路器操作机构慢动作合闸过程中任意瞬间位置上操作机构处于受力平衡的技术特征，利用共面力系平衡条件，采用拆副法求得触头压力允值，并由此推知：在操作机构合闸过程的任意瞬间位置上，触头弹簧提供的触头压力实际值应小于该瞬间位置上的触头压力允值，才能保证操作机构慢动作合闸考核合格。

Analysis and Calculation of the Allowed Values of Contact Pressures during the Circuit Breaker Closed Work

Based on the characteristics of the actuator being balanced by forces in any position during the circuit breaker slowly closed work by acluator, the allowed values of contact pressure can be calculated by the force-system balancing principle and the studying method of separating pair. The deduction is that: if the real value of contact pressure produced by the contactor springs is less than the allowed value of contact pressure on this position, the examination of slowly closing work of actuator can be passed.
