| 摘 要： | 探讨了我国职业技术教育现状及其与工业化和经济发展的关系,从市场观和可持续发展的角度,分析了我国职业技术教育体制、机制及其人才培养模式中存在的问题,并从观念转变和体制、机制以及模式创新角度,提出了进一步改革我国职业技术教育的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | This paper probes into the current situations of vocational technological education of China and the relations be-tween industrialization and economic development.On the bases of the viewpoint of market and sustainable development,analy-ses the existent problems of the system,mechanism and personnel training modes of Chinese vocational technological education.And from the visual angles of change of the sense and innovations of the system and the mechanism and the modes,puts forward a series of countermeasures to reform vocational technological education of China. |
