| 摘 要： | 金朝行省之设始于章宗时期.其时共为解决重大军政事务设置了7处行省,每逢地方遇有重大军政事务,即由中央宰执或军政首脑出领行省事,代表中央尚书省出镇地方,全权处理军政事务.该行省表现出军事、行政、外交等多方面职能.行省之设为保证金后期政局稳定发挥了重大作用.

| Abstract: | Xingsheng's establishment began from Zhongzong's period in Jin-Dynasty.At that time,Jin-Dynasty established seven xingsheng in order to deal with important military-political works.When the local government met important military-political works,the leaders of central government would go out and deal with them standing for Jin-Dynasty.The xingsheng was characterized by military,political and diplomatic functions.Xingsheng's establishment provided solid quarantee for enforcing Jin-Dynasty' governing. |
