中西企业制度差异及其文化背景文化

中西企业制度存在差异，体现在产权制度、经营制度、管理制度三方面。差异的存在是由不同的化背景造成的。而对企业制度的形成影响最大的化因素莫过于科学技术、经济思想和理论、政治法律思想和道德伦理。所以，要建立有我国特色的现代企业制度，不但要从形式上学习西方企业制度，更要从深层次的化因素吸收西方化精华，同时又要对传统化进行扬弃，才能建立有活力的现代企业，提升我国企业的竞争力，更好地迎接我国加入WTO带来的挑战。

The Differences of Enterprise System Between the Domestic and the Western and the Analysis of Their Cultural Background

There are differences of enterprises' institution between Domestic and Western countries. The difference made by different cultural background is exhibited in institution of property right,institution of operation,and institution of management.The facts that influence the institution importantly are science and techonology,thoughts of economy,thoughts of police and law and ethic.Therefore,we must absorb the soul of western culture,including studying the institution of corporation in order to establish characteristical enterprise's institution of China.And we must filter our traditional culture so that we can improve our enterprises' activity to face the challenge of joining the WTO.
