摘    要:本文时寄生在人工养殖真鲷(Pagrosomusmajor)体上的刺激隐核虫(Crypto-caryonirritansBrown,1951)感染期幼虫进行了透射电镜观察.结果表明:幼虫阶段虫体虽无明显的口器结构,但其内部已具有将会发育成口器的口器原基;幼虫质股外同样具有泡状物的外套结构;质膜下的线粒体丰富且分布规律,并有许多梨形的细胞器,它们开口于质膜外的泡状结构;细胞内无Lieberkuhn’s胞器.

Abstract:The tomites of Cryptocaryon irritans which parasitizate the aquicultured Pagrosomus major are observated with TME. The results showed that there is no distinct oral structure but the predecesso in the cells. The foam - like structures are found on the outer of cell memberane: A lot of mitochondrias and some spear - shape organelles distributed underlying the cortex, the later have opened to the foam - like structures. No Lieberkuhn's organelle in this ciliate.
