| Abstract: | In this paper,a kind of composite,which is composed of ZnO ceramic and silver(Ag or Ag2O) and sintered at a low temperature(<1000oC),is prepared by normal ceramic techniques.The electrical properties and the related issues of the composite is emphatically investigated and discussed. |
