| 摘 要： | 通过对手机图书馆的介绍和了解，着重探讨了手机图书馆管理和服务。针对传统图书馆和数字图书馆存在的不足，提出了通过手机图书馆开辟新型个性化的图书馆管理与服务，同时介绍了手机图书馆对提高国民阅读率的优势，并对手机图书馆的发展前景进行了展望。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the phone library briefly, discusses the unique mobile phone library management and services.Regarding the shortcomings of the traditional library and digital library, the paper puts forward to developing new personalized library management and service through the mobile phone library, at the same time, the paper introduces the advantage of mobile phone library to improve the national reading rate, and also prospects for the development of mobile phone library. |
