| 摘 要： | <教育部关于加快发展中等职业教育的意见>中明确指出:"今后一个时期,要采取强有力的措施,加快中等职业教育发展,力争2005年中等职业学校招生人数在2004年的基础上增加100万,达到650万,经过几年的努力,到2007年,中等职业教育和普通高中教育规模大体相当,实现中等职业教育快速健康持续发展."
