| 摘 要： | "biangbiang面"是陕西关中民间传统的风味面食。近年来,随着民俗文化热的兴起,"biang"的读音问题引起了专家学者们的广泛关注,并引发了一场热烈的讨论和论争。在对各方家观点进行梳理和研读后,笔者支持"biangbiang面"是"饼饼面"儿化音变的说法。

| Abstract: | "Biangbiang Noodle"is a traditional central Shaanxi flavor pasta.With the thriving of the folk culture enthusiasm in recent years,the pronunciation of"biang"has aroused widespread concern from both experts and scholars,and has also triggered a heated discussion and argument.After a synthetic analysis and study of the opinions of all the experts,the author believes that"Biangbiang Noodle"is a kind of saying after retroflex finals of"Bingbing Noodle". |
