试论抗日根据地新民主主义经济的发展

抗日战争时期是中国新民主主义经济的发展时期，中国共产党为了适应日本帝国主义全面侵华战争而引起的中日民族矛盾尖锐化、中华民族危机严重的形势，为了巩固扩大抗日民族统一战线和克服抗日根据地严重困难的局面，放弃了武装反抗国民党和没收地主土地的政策，提出了“减租减息”、“自己动手，丰衣足食”、“发展经济，保障供给”等适合根据地新民主主义经济发展的理论和方针政策，指引根据地军民开展了以大生产运动为中心的经济建设，为改善民生和赢得抗日战争的最后胜利奠定了坚实的经济基础。

On the Development of New Democracy Economy in the Anti-Japanese Base Area

The Anti-Japanese War was the development period of Chinese New Democracy economy.Facing the growing national crisis,the CPC stopped carrying out the policy of resisting the Kuomintang by arms and confiscating the landlord's land in order to consolidate and widen the National United Front of resistance against Japan and to overcome the difficulties of Anti-Japanese base area.Accordingly,the CPC carried out policies such as "reduction of rent and interest rate","ample food and clothing by working with our own hands","developing economy to ensure supply"so as to establish the solid foundation for improving the people's livelihood and winning the final victory of Anti-Japanese War.
