硫酸亚铁铵制备实验研究

摘    要:在大量实验的基础上对影响硫酸亚铁铵制备实验的各种因素进行了探究。通过对实验结果进行对比分析,发现等质量的熟铁比生铁与硫酸完全反应所用的时间短;在铁屑处理油污方法上.采用直接灼烧的方法比用Na2CO3溶液煮沸10min的方法所得的铁与稀硫酸完全反应所用的时间要短;m(FeSO4):m(NH4)2SO4]=1:0.8时产量较高。

Abstract:Various influence factors on the basis of lots of experiments were stadied based on affluent experiments.Through the comparative analysis of the experimental results, it is found that the equal quality dug iron with reaction sulfuric acid had a shorter time than pig iron.In the scrap processing oil method, the method of direct burning had the short time than the method with the Na2CO3 solution boiling 10min. It has the higher yield while m(FeSO4):m(NH4)2SO4]=1:0.8.
