| 摘 要： | 深化企业改革，搞活国有企业，必须对国有企业进行战略性改组。一是认清国有企业战略性改组的重要性和紧迫性；二是把握国有企业战略性改组的内涵与基本思路；三是从产权、资产重组等方面入手进行国有企业战略性改组。

| Abstract: | To deepen the reform of the enterprises and invigorate the state owned enterpises, strategical reorganization must be carried out. To reorganize the state owned enterpises we must firstly realized its importance and necessity, secordly master its connotation and basic plan, and thirdly began with the organization of property right and property recombination. |
