| 摘 要： | 继续教育是高校事业的重要组成部分。内外环境的变换,使继续教育正承载着来自大学与社会的双重压力。一流大学的继续教育从学历教育向非学历教育培训、从低端人才培训向高端人才培训的战略转型尤为重要。而课程处于教育培训的核心地位,一流大学要突破传统的教育桎梏,培养具有创新精神的职后精英,在继续教育中同样脱颖而出,就需要探索、开发富有操作性的特色化课程。不少大学都开展了卓有成效的实践,该文主要结合北京大学的培训实践,探讨科学的特色化课程设计。

| Abstract: | High-end training is the important transformation and innovation for the continuing education development of prestigious university.The building up of outstanding universities among famous universities needs to develop characteristic curriculum with science and practice.The research aims to combine with the education practice of the characteristic development of high-end training of Peking University,and discuss the scientific development,design and melioration of high-end training curriculum. |
