摘    要:开发了一个新的综合创新实验,在该实验中对合成氧化锌的新方法进行了研究,以含结晶水的硫酸锌粉末与加有聚乙醇-400为表面活性剂的碳酸钠粉末为原料,经室温固相反应合成得到碱式碳酸锌前驱体,前驱体经过高温裂解即得到了纳米氧化锌。基于均匀设计实验方案以及数据挖掘技术的应用,研究了多种因素对氧化锌晶体合成的影响。XRD表征的结果表明,用最佳工艺条件合成得到的产物为24nm的氧化锌晶体。整个实验不仅综合了化学学科的多个知识点。而且也综合数据挖掘技术的多个知识点,实现了化学实验与数据挖掘技术的融合。

Abstract:A compositive experiment was proposed. The novel method for synthesis nanocrystals of Znic Oxide was studied in the experiment. Zinc carbonate hydroxide precursor was synthesised via solid state chemistry reaction under room temperature, in which powder of Na2CO3 containing PEG-400 and powder of ZnSO4 7H2O were used as start materals. Nanocystals of zinc oxide was gotten when the precursor was pyrolyzed at high temperature. Basis of the application of uniform experimental design as well as data mining technology, the influence of multiple factors on the synthesis of zinc oxide crystals were investigated. The characteristics results of XRD indicated that the product was ZnO with size of 24 nm. In the experiment, not only multiple knowledge points of chemistry but also that of data mining technology were synthesized to achieve combination between chemistry experiment and data mining technology.
