日本中小学新课程改革中的"综合学习时间"

摘    要:为培养年青一代面对国际化、信息化社会所必备的素质和能力,日本文部省在20世纪80年代中期以来的教育改革的基础上,陆续发表了面向21世纪的教育改革的总体目标及改革措施。其中一个突出的改革内容,是在中小学基础课程中增设了“综合学习的时间”。“综合学习时间”强调结合地方特色及学校的实际情况进行“横向的、综合的”学习,突出“体验”,以促进学生个性和生存能力、创新能力的培养。考察日本中小学“综合学习时间”的实践活动,对我国当前的基础教育改革能给予一定的启示。

Abstract:To cultivate the essential quality and ability of the younger generation in an internationalized and informationalized society,the Department of Education of Japan has been,on the basis of educational reforms since the mid 1980s,putting forward a general target and reforming measures toward the 21st century.A prominent point is that the "integrated leaning time" has been implemented in the primary and middle schools' fundamental courses,which stresses the "transverse" and "integrated" learning through the combination of local characteristics and schools' actual situations,highlighting "experiencing" for the cultivation of students' individuality,the ability of survival and originality.It can be an inspiration to China's present reforms of the elementary education by inspecting the practical activities about the "integrated learning time" in Japanese primary and middle schools.
