混凝土中氯离子含量的测定

摘    要:用电位滴定法测定混凝土中氯离子含量,研究了其影响因素,并将电位滴定法与铬酸钾法进行了比较.结果表明:溶出液振荡时间越长及水固比越大,越有利于氯离子的溶出;淀粉可有效分散氯化银胶体溶液,增强溶液的稳定性;pH值、电极等均对测定有影响;电位滴定法不受色度、浊度影响,其准确度、精密度均高于铬酸钾法.

Abstract:The influence of determinating chloride ions in concrete with electrometric titration method was investigated and the effect was controsted between electrometric titration method and potassium chromate method.The results show that the amount of chloride ions leached from solution are more with the increasing of the extraction time and the ratio of water to solid;Starch can disperse argentum chloride colloid solution in effect and improve its stability;The pH values and electrodes are also influence on the determination;Electro-metric titration method avoids the confusion from chroma and cloudiness,and is more exact and accurate than potassium chromate method.
