| 摘 要： | 党内民主是党的生命,集中统一是党的力量保证。党内选举是党内民主的基石,党管干部是党的干部队伍建设和坚持党的集中统一领导的一项根本原则。党内选举与党管干部原则在实际操作层面不可避免地会发生冲突或者矛盾,如何正确认识和处理二者的关系是一个必须加以研究和探讨的理论问题和实践问题。

| Abstract: | The democracy is the life of our party.The election in party is the foundation of the party democracy.The leaders controlled by the Chinese Communist Party is the main principle of the leaders＇ construction.Sometimes the election and the using of the people to be leaders may have some conflictions.The best way to solve this problem is to study and do some research on the theory and practice problem. |
