| 摘 要： | 政治参与是社会主义政治文明建设的重要内容,政治稳定是政治文明建设的重要目标,在一般情况下,扩大公民政治参与有助于政治稳定,但是背离客观条件扩大公民政治参与容易造成社会的不稳定.因此必须正确地处理二者的关系,才能形成和谐的政治局面,为构建社会主义和谐社会打下坚实的政治基础.

| Abstract: | The broadening of political participation and political harmony are the important objectives of the construction of socialistic political civilization.Under normal condition the broadening of political participation is beneficial to political harmony,The broadening of political participation departing from objective conditions leads to unharmonious political situation.So we must handle correctly the relations between them to take shape political situation and to lay the political foundation of the socialistic harmonious society. |
