| 摘 要： | 针对地方企业的用人需求,提出一种面向培养机械贸易行业的、主修机械专业辅修贸易专业的人才培养模式。在分析宁波地区机械产品贸易人才的社会需求情况的基础上,从教学模式、教学目标、课程体系和辅修教学层次等方面完成了该人才培养模式的教学计划设计,并从招生与培养、复合型课程的建设、实习基地建设和师资队伍建设等方面论述了该培养方案的实施内容。

| Abstract: | A mechanical trade-oriented educational program,which is aimed for talents majored in mechanical and minored in business,is proposed in this paper to meet the enterprises’ employment demand.Based on the talent’s demanding analysis of mechanical product’s trade in Ningbo,the paper discusses the design of the educational plan in several issues,such as,educational mode,educational objective,curricular system and minor arrangement,and further presents the implementation issues in admission and culture,inter-disciplinary curriculum construction,construction of internship base and academic team building. |
