| 摘 要： | 青年人就业难是全球面临的问题,作为青年就业大军的主力,大学毕业生也面临着巨大就业压力,年轻人寻求就业＂突围＂的道路正充满艰辛,高校学生就业难,究竟难在那里,本文从社会原因、家庭原因、个人原因等几方面进行简单论述,并就如何促进高校毕业生就业提出建议和对策。

| Abstract: | Difficult employment of young people is the world's problem.As the main force of youth employment,university graduates are also facing the enormous pressure.The road of seeking employment breakthrough for them is full of hardships.This paper discusses the reasons why the university graduates get employed so difficultly from the society,family and individual and meanwhile puts forward some suggestions and measures to promote their employment. |
