| 摘 要： | 开展对外直接投资是我国企业充分利用国际资源的有效途径。介绍了对外直接投资的相关理论综述,概述了我国现阶段对外直接投资的状况,并根据不同规模和投资动机总结出我国对外直接投资的区域选择战略,最后比较了我国对外直接投资的各种模式。
