| 摘 要： | 职考管理现代化的标准包括制度法规化、程序规范化、程序计算机化、队伍专业化、管理理论科学化。职考管理人员的现代化包捶岗位设置现代化、思想意识现代化、文化素质现代化。人的现代化是职考管理现代化的基础，人的现代化可促进和加速职考管理现代化的发展；职考管理现代化有利于促进入的现代化。

| Abstract: | The modernization of the administration of technical-post examinations should include the legalization of the system, the standardization and computerization of procedures, the specialization of the workforce and the modernization of the administration theories. The modernization of the administration force of technical-post examinations includes the modernization of post setting, ideologies and civilization quality. The modernization of human beings is the basis of the modernization of the administration of technical-post examinations, and will stimulate and accelerate the development of the modernization of technical-post examinations; and the modernization of the administration of technical-post examinations will help advance the modernization of human beings. |
