摘    要:目的研究轻度认知障碍患者单位数加法的心算效率及事件相关电位(ERP)早成分改变。方法被试者分为正常老年(对照)组和轻度认知障碍(MCI)组,每组16名,均为右利手。使用事件相关电位技术,采集单位数加法计算过程的脑电信号,比较两组行为数据和算式早成分(N1,P1,N170,P2)的波幅和潜伏期的差异。结果MCI组的反应时间长于对照组,差异有显著性(P〈0.01),正确率MCI组低于对照组,差异有显著性(P〈0.01);MCI组与对照组比较,颞枕区N170以及额中央区P2潜伏期延长(P〈0.01),波幅增大(P〈0.05)-MCI组左侧颞枕区N170波幅(-1.70uV)低于正常组(-2.96uV),差异具有显著性(P〈0.01);MCI组右侧颞枕区N170波幅(-3.85uV)高于对照纽(-0.75uV),差异具有显著性(P〈0.01)。结论MCI患者的单位数心算效率降低,计算的正确率降低,同时提示大脑在算式早期加工阶段出现异常。

Abstract:Objective To study mental calculation efficiency and early components changes of event-related potentials on singledigit number addition of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) patients. Methods Sixteen healthy old men and 16 mild cognitive impairment pa- tients served as subjects in this experiment. Behavioral data,mean amplitude and latency of early components of event-related potential( N1, P1 ,N170,P2) were compared between the two groups. Results The reaction time of MCI group was significantly longer than that of control group( P 〈0.01 ) ;The correct rate of MCI group was significantly lower than that of control group( P 〈 0.01 ). Compared with the control group,the latency prolonged and the amplitude increased of the N170 in temporal-occipital region and P2 in central-frontal region in MCI group, N170 was significantly lower in left temporal-occipital region and higher in right temporal-occipital region in MCI group. Conclusion Patients with MCI have the deficit in single-digit number addition. The mechanism of early arithmetic calculation processing in MCI patients may be different from normal people.
