| 摘 要： | 制度中的道德中心主义,本质上是以道德作为制度安排及其合理性的唯一依据和制度操作中的主要权衡因素。这种思想原则和实践方式重道德轻制度,不利于道德建设和制度创新。其认识根源是对道德在制度中的作用不加分析、盲目乐观,没有看到道德对制度的作用存在局限性。

| Abstract: | Moral centralism in a system means in essence the infiltration of morality into the field of a system and it is a unique basis for the reasonable establishment of a system and the major evaluating factor in the implementation of a system.The source of such ideology lies in shortage of analysis of the role of morally in a system and blind optimism as well as its limitation.Such ideological principles and practical methods emphasize morality but ignore the system so it is harmful to moral construction and the innovation of a system. |
