| 摘 要： | 中国改革开放二十多年来，经济飞速发展取得了举世嘱目的成就。但中国的强大并没有引起世界的普遍喝彩，反而引起了“中国威胁论”者的恐慌。2003年前后中国提出了和平崛起的战略思想，即中国已经开创出一条“在同经济全球化相联系而不是想脱离的进程中独立自主地建设中国特色社会主义”的和平崛起新道路。中国和平崛起理念的提出具有重大的理论意义和实践价值，代表着中国国际战略思想的重大创新。

| Abstract: | Since the implementation of the opening and reform policy 20 years ago in China, tremendous achievements have been obtained in Chinese economy. Yet this does not cheer those who insist on the Chinese threat. China starts to form the strategic concept of peaceful growth by 2003, opening up a unique way of construction of special Chinese socialism. Thus it is of great value in both theory and practice. |
