| 摘 要： | 日本政府1998年出台的《大学技术转让促进法》,有力地促进了大学科技成果转让机构(TLO)的发展,使大学的研究活动更加富有活力,为日本经济的复苏和科学研究的发展作出了贡献。TLO的类型包括财团法人、大学校内机构、股份公司、有限公司等形式,其组织和职能仍在不断发展和完善之中。

| Abstract: | Law for promoting technology license of universities", which was issued by Japanese government in 1998, greatly advanced the development of TLO and activated the research activities of universities, thus made great contributions to the revival of Japanese economy and the development of scientific research. Types of TLO include legal persons of consortium, institutes of universities, stock companies, limited corporations and so on, and the organization and function of TLO is still continuing to develop and perfect. |
