| 摘 要： | 本文以杭州市95家主要软件企业的调查研究课题为基础，总结中小软件企业从形成到成长、成熟的战略演进过程的阶段模式，并对其演进特点和内在机制进行分析，指出这些研究对中小软件企业下一阶段动态发展所具有的指导意义。

| Abstract: | Based on the exploration of 95 main software companies in Hangzhou, this paper summarizes the strategic evolution process, including establishment, growup and maturity, of small-middle size software company, and analyzes the features and mechanism of this process. Also, this paper indicates the research's value for small-mid software company's periodic and dynamic development. |
