| Abstract: | Jolie and Mrs De Molso were both women seeking love,and also both virtuous wiles and kind mothers.Rousseau described Jolie as an ideal character,enlightening people on how to live and love rationally. While Mrs Molso in Balzac's works was a realistic character.Ceeking love was her tragedy,which manifests the author's opinion of love and deeply thought of family and marriage. |
