摘    要:sfaMNPV是新近从美国引进的一株杆状病毒,它能感染多种鳞翅目昆虫.本实验成功地利用它感染了小菜蛾、棉铃虫和甜菜夜蛾三种昆虫的幼虫,扩大了它的宿主范围.并测定了它对这三种昆虫的毒力.结果表明,SfaMNPV不仅能感染这三种昆虫,且能在这三种昆虫幼虫体内大量增殖,能作为这三种昆虫的生物杀虫剂使用.

Abstract:Syngrapha falcifera Multiple Nuclear Polyhedrosis Virus, Which was founded resently in America,can infect larvaes of many species of insects. An infectivity test of staMNPV against plutella xylostella (Px),Heliothis Ormigrera (Ha) and Laphygma exigue (Le) was carried out in our Laboratory. and we assayed the toxicity of sfaMNPV against this three species of insects. We founded that the sfaMNPV can infect the larvaes of this three species of insects and can multicate in their body. So we can use the sfaMNPV as biological insecticide.
